Saint Teresa of Ávila Healthcare is your trusted integrative healthcare center in Vero Beach, Florida, offering compassionate primary care and mental health services for adolescents (13+), adults, and seniors.
We provide both in-person visits at our Vero Beach clinic and telehealth appointments for patients anywhere in Florida. We also provide on-site medical visits for assisted living facilities throughout Central Florida, including Indian River and Saint Lucie Counties, bringing personalized care to where it’s needed most.

Daniela is a God-fearing woman, her life purpose is to serve God and Our Blessed Virgin Mary through her profession by being of service to others. She is passionate about providing medical care with an integrative approach that addresses the patient's physical, mental and spiritual dimensions. She has been providing medical care to patients across the lifespan for over a decade. Daniela was blessed to graduate from Florida International University in 2010 with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing. She graduated in 2014 from Barry University as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), and most recently in 2024 she obtained a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specialty degree from Maryville University of Saint Louis. She strives to heal, educate and empower patients and communities to achieve their highest level of wellness.

Leticia Perez Hernandez has over nine years of experience providing compassionate and comprehensive care to adults and older adults. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida National University in 2013 and she completed her Master of Science in Nursing at South University in Savannah, Georgia, in 2016. Leticia is dedicated to helping her patients achieve optimal health through education, preventive care, and a holistic approach that promotes long-term well-being. She believes in building strong, trusting relationships with her patients to empower them to take an active role in their health.
